Job Description：

1. Be responsible for the market service maintenance of the products, independently handle and solve problems related to the products under responsibility.
2. Be responsible for product debugging, maintenance and repair, collect customer demands and provide technical support.
3. Be responsible for training customers in the use of the company’s various products and independently guide customers in their use.
4. Based on the on-site conditions, be able to accurately feedback on customer demands as well as issues related to product structure, hardware and software.
5. Fully consider the interests of both the company and the customers, effectively handle customer objections, and achieve a win-win situation.
6. Report to: Service Director

Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates of 2025 and 2026, with a bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in science and engineering or related fields.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in automation, mechatronics, mechanical design or related fields.
3. Possess a strong sense of teamwork, a high sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills, as well as excellent document output capabilities.
4. Fluent English and communication skills is requested.
5. Clear thinking, good at expression and observation. Be capable of effectively and meticulously collecting on-site information of customers, providing support for product research and development and continuous improvement.
6. Be able to adapt to business trips.
