Responsibilities:
1. Client Development and Relationship Maintenance
- Focus on developing clients in the automotive electronics manufacturing (front-end: SMT placement/inspection equipment; back-end: automotive electronics assembly, testing, and non-standard automated production lines), life sciences (laboratory automation/medical equipment production lines), and hydrogen fuel cell (stack assembly/testing equipment) industries.
- Deeply understand client process needs and collaborate with the technical team to customize non-standard automation solutions.
- Maintain relationships with strategic clients and achieve annual sales targets and payment collection goals.
- Gain expertise in addressing technical pain points in areas such as SMT production line intelligence, biopharmaceutical automation, and hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing.
- Lead technical exchange meetings and deliver equipment selection proposals and feasibility analysis reports.
- Monitor technological advancements in hydrogen fuel cells, trends in SMT precision manufacturing, and regulatory developments in the life sciences industry.
- Regularly conduct competitor analysis and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in non-standard automation equipment; candidates with client resources in the semiconductor/medical equipment/new energy industries are preferred.
- Familiar with the automation equipment development process (mechanical design/electrical control/vision systems).
- Possess a technical sales aptitude: capable of quickly understanding client process needs and accurately translating them into technical parameters.
- Proficient in key account sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN/solution selling) and have successfully managed projects valued at 5 million RMB or above.
- Willingness to travel frequently (clients are primarily located in key industrial clusters in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions).

Requirements:

- Concept Design & Development
- Responsible for conceptual design of non‑standard automated production lines for automotive components (e.g., body stamping/welding parts, powertrain components, interior trims, battery housings), including process planning, equipment layout, and technical route formulation.
- Participate in preliminary technical reviews, perform feasibility analysis, and output design proposals, equipment concept drawings, and technical documentation.
- Detailed Design & Drafting
- Independently complete detailed mechanical design of non‑standard automation equipment (e.g., special machines, automated workstations, assembly lines, inspection systems, robotic application systems).
- Perform 3D modeling and engineering drawing using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor; generate complete Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Conduct selection, calculation, and design of key components (e.g., jigs, fixtures, conveying/lifting mechanisms, robot end‑effectors) to meet automotive industry requirements for high precision, high cycle time, and high reliability.
- Technical Standards & Quality Control
- Familiar with and apply relevant automotive industry technical standards.
- Ensure design outputs comply with project specifications, safety regulations (e.g., mechanical safety standards), and customer standards.
- Participate in design reviews and optimization, troubleshooting technical issues arising during design, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning.
- Project Management & Support
- Collaborate closely with electrical, software, project management, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide ongoing technical support to procurement, machining, assembly, and commissioning departments.
- Monitor equipment manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning processes, and perform necessary design iterations and improvements.
- Technical Innovation & Standardization
- Contribute to the establishment and improvement of internal design specifications, standard parts libraries, and common modules to enhance design efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies/ processes and apply them in projects to continuously improve equipment performance.

- Possess a strong sense of teamwork, a high sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills, as well as excellent document output capabilities.
- Fluent English and communication skills is requested.
- Clear thinking, good at expression and observation. Be capable of effectively and meticulously collecting on-site information of customers, providing support for product research and development and continuous improvement.
- Be able to adapt to business trips.
