With the new generation of VEGO GenS handling modules, ASYS focuses on maximum flexibility and energy efficiency. Thanks to the modular and scalable design, functions can be retrofitted at any time – up to full autonomy. Efficient drives, the elimination of pneumatics, and intelligent features such as automatic cycle time adjustment and an energy-saving sleep mode significantly reduce power consumption and extend component lifespan.
AISPECTURE AOI – Precision in Inline Inspection
The AOI system AISPECTURE (AOI stands for Automated Optical Inspection) ensures reliable and highly precise inline inspection, individually tailored to customer requirements. With 3D laser scanning, high-resolution 2D imaging, and AI-powered algorithms, it detects defects accurately and makes autonomous decisions in real time. Features such as customized model training, wet inspection with AI dry prediction, and an extended 2D setup with optional 3D functionality make AISPECTURE the ideal solution for inspecting components such as bipolar plates and other parts in the energy sector.
SERIO GenS – Redefining Peak Performance
For the first time, ASYS also presented the new SERIO GenS: a printing system for maximum speed and precision. With a cycle time of just 5 seconds and an accuracy of 12.5 µm, the machine sets new standards. The new user interface makes operation even easier and more efficient. Powered by AI, SERIO GenS delivers outstanding results from the very first product – up to 25% faster cycle times, 50% shorter transport times, and up to 50% better print repeatability. Scalable and expandable for maximum future-proofing.
SynapticaOS – The Heart of the Smart Factory
With SynapticaOS, ASYS combines planning, control, and monitoring on a single platform. The software integrates MES functions with intelligent solutions for production and material flow optimization – delivering maximum efficiency in modern manufacturing environments. An intuitive, consumer-software-inspired user interface, seamless data availability, and real-time monitoring ensure optimal control and streamlined processes without redundant data maintenance.
Dry Tower GenS Material Logistics
With the new Dry Tower GenS, ASYS achieves an entirely new dimension in material logistics and storage technology. The solution offers up to 60% higher pick performance, 40% greater load capacity per reel, and a 45% increase in storage density – while improving space utilization by up to 110%.
